Lasagna was a success! I made my momma's yummy lasagna and it almost tasted just like it (it was missing her love and affection..)! It was soo good and my roommates just gobbled it up and licked their plates clean (well maybe they didn't lick their plates.. but they loved it!) I feel sooooo accomplished! It was alot of fun putting it together though I did have a few scares. It was a little soupy, but I just cooked it a little longer and it soaked right up! Delish! I'd share the recipe... but where's the fun in that?!
